Bigger & Better, Issue #002 --, Think gain mass in 2009 December 30, 2008 |
, Welcome to Issue 2 of Natural-Muscle-Mass.com's Bigger & Better. I'll get right to the point by suggesting you use the law of attraction to gain mass this upcoming year.The law of attraction, for those of you that don't know, is a REAL, natural law that states that whatever you think of... manifests. There are many other ways to explain this fact, but simply put, whatever you want to achieve in life, you have to visualize first in order to create it. The law of attraction has always existed but was made famous recently by the hit movie 'The Secret'. The film suggests that the law of attraction is the secret to happiness, health, and wealth. This movie was passed on to me from a friend that thought I could benefit from it. He was right because it changed my life. If you believe in the secret, and keep working at it (because changing your way of thinking doesn't happen over night), you'll soon have whatever you want. My ultimate fitness-related goal is considered virtually impossible in the bodybuilding world. Still, that hasn't stopped me from pursuing it. The missing piece that I found recently is self-confidence... Belief that I could achieve that goal. I'll explain to you how to use the law of attraction to gain all the mass you desire in 2009. If you're constantly thinking that you look skinny, then no matter how strictly you follow your muscle mass diet and training routine... you'll stay skinny. There are a few steps to the process of attracting more mass to your frame. Above all, you have to know exactly what you want. Even if you only want to add an extra ten pounds of muscle... you have to think "Gain muscle", not "Gain ten pounds of muscle". The goals you have in mind could be incredible accomplishments, but they'll only manifest if you bring them down to their simplest form. When you get the extra ten pounds of solid muscle, then you can set new goals, like "Maintain my weight". The second important thing you need to do is feel the feelings associated with already having achieved your goal. Everything starts to drastically change when you do this. This is the best part in the process of getting what you want, because you go from feeling hopeless to feeling unstoppable. After this point your attitude and behaviors start to change, for the better of course. Thirdly, you have to take action towards what you want. This is what most people have trouble with, myself included. We don't consistently feel good about what we're doing and begin to fall off the tracks. We start to slip from doing it to trying to do it... And as all successful people know, THERE IS NO TRY. You either do it or you don't. Three of the world's greatest teachers of the law of attraction (who also happen to be the stars of the hit movie 'The Secret') have put together an intensive course that helps you develop a clear goal and follow through with the actions you need to take to achieve your goal. This course at first may seem to be about making money, but I can assure you that it's about something much more valuable than money. I'm certain that it will help you.
