Bodybuilding Documentary:

'AFGHAN MUSCLES'

'Afghan Muscles' is an incredible documentary about bodybuilding in Afghanistan. The athletes have to overcome politics and poverty to live out their dream of being recognized as champions in Asia. I've often heard that bodybuilding is the only sport where discrimination does not play a role... Meaning the judges are not bias towards bodybuilders of a specific socio-economic or cultural background, sexual orientation, etc. However, after watching only the first few minutes of this bodybuilding documentary, you'll find that this may be untrue. Be advised that this is an edgy film that deals with very serious issues. If you're a documentary film enthusiast (regardless of whether or not you're into bodybuilding), it's a must-see. Enjoy!
