Me and not my heaviest
Hi, in July of 09 after giving seperate birth of 2 children I weighed in at 190 pounds I'm 4'11 so that's a lot going from 112 to 190 is a bit much to gain. I just got tired of being big not finding cute clothes like I use to and started to exercise and watching what I would eat. Went from eating whatever to a high protein diet that I love. I'm still not at my goal weight but, have dropped 50 pounds weighing 140 now. I'm a very big fan of Natural Muscle Mass it helps me a lot to stick to my goal and have a realistic approach.
