I have over 10 years of experience with weight training. Apart from a few weeks that I've had to use to recover from minor injuries, I've never trained less than 3 days every week for the last decade. Forgive me if this next statement makes me sound arrogant but I don't think anyone out there knows as much as I do about natural muscle building.
