Muscle Building Tips
for the Hardgainer

These muscle building tips were written for the hardgainers by a former hardgainer. My experience is the driving force behind these tips, that will help skyrocket your gains in lean muscle mass.

The advice I give on this website, I believe, is priceless for the 'hardgainer'... otherwise known as the 'skinny guy (or girl) who has difficulty gaining muscle mass'. I weighed about 120 pounds at the age of 20, and gained about 90 pounds over the course of ten years. That may sound like a long time, but the truth is that I've easily gained over 25 pounds a couple of times during those ten years. And each time I did so it took me 2 months or less. Unfortunately, I lost the weight just as fast as I had put it on. I was fortunate enough, however, to learn from these experiences. What I learned was that simple things often made a huge difference in my improvements. This section of the website is dedicated to the tricks and tips to gaining mass that we often overlook.

I'm confident that you can experience gains similar to mine in a much shorter time frame (1 1/2 years or less)... if you follow my advice.
