Incline chest press (machine)

Pec-Dec (machine)

LEVEL 2: 2-4 months of experience (minimum)

Incline dumbbell press

Flat barbell bench press

Seated pec fly (machine)

LEVEL 3: 4-6 months of experience (minimum)

Standing cable crossovers

LEVEL 4: 6-8 months of experience (minimum)

Incline dumbbell press

1¼ Flat barbell bench press (This exercise is similar to bench press. For each repetition, go slower on the way down. Push up to about ¼ of the way, come back down to touch your chest again, and then push the bar all the way up.)

I'm confident that these chest workouts will help you make significant gains in natural muscle mass. Stay tuned to my YouTube channel as I'll be posting a video for each of these pec exercises.
